Our Purpose Statement

A purpose statement defines your existence.  It is more than a slogan or a catchy phrase.  A purpose statement answers the question, "Why do we exist"?

Our purpose is "introducing people to Jesus".

Our Mission
Modeling the five biblical purposes of the church.
  1. Worship..."exalting Jesus" (Matthew 22:37-38)
  2. Ministry..."serving people" (Matthew 22:39-40)
  3. Evangelism..."sharing Jesus" (Matthew 28:19a)
  4. Fellowship..."developing genuine relationships" (Matthew 28:19b)
  5. Discipleship..."becoming more like Jesus" (Matthew 28:20)
Our Core Values
Our eight non-compromising principles that enable us to accomplish our purpose and mission.
  1. We value the authority of the Bible and Biblical teaching.
  2. We value the expectations of membership.
  3. We value the concept that service to Christ merits a commitment to excellence in everything that we  do.
  4. We value families and the teaching and activities that strengthen families.
  5. We value empowered team leadership.
  6. We value church depth and health over church growth, we are to attend to the depth of our ministry and God will take care of the width.
  7. We value an environment of grace.
  8. We value small groups as the best environment to build relationships, minister to each other and learn the Bible at a deeper level.
